Whether you are dealing with a soggy lawn that attracts mosquitoes, pooling water near your foundation, or the washing out of flower beds, our team constructs durable systems to handle the volume. Update 04/01/2025: Results did another landscape design project for us, and did an excellent job! They replaced one tree and several shrubs with different plants, expanded one flowerbed, refreshed natural edges around flowerbeds and mulched them, and prepped and re-sodded a few areas of lawn. We have been so happy with Results' landscape design work and we needed help with regular maintenance that we just hired them to also perform regular maintenance of our landscaping year-round, including mowing lawn, edging hard surfaces, pulling weeds, trimming shrubs, removing yard waste, cleaning catch basins on our French drains as needed, aerating and top dressing lawn yearly, and cleaning gutters quarterly. They are doing a wonderful job, and we are so thankful for them after receiving several weekly service visits to date. My back and knees especially feel tremendously relieved! Update 08/18/2023: Results recently completed another project for us and did another great job! They replaced sod around our gates with crushed granite and a decorative stone border (including removing sprinkler heads that were no longer needed), added river rocks to cover our French drain cover, re-leveled and re-sodded part of the lawn near one gate, adjusted sprinkler heads, added more topsoil along a fence line to help grass grow better there with adjusted sprinkler heads, and trimmed back trees and brush just outside that fence line in the common area. We have always struggled with the areas around the gates due to lack of sunlight preventing grass from growing there, so the new landscaping will really help with improving the appearance of those areas and keeping them well maintained, the new sod and topsoil will help a lot with the areas we want to maintain as lawn, and getting the fence line cleared from common area plant material will help to prevent damage to our fence and home. We love you, Results! ——————————————— They new premium mulch is beautiful, and the team did a great job cleaning up the plant beds and installing the mulch. They also arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. Thank you! We love Results Tree and Landscape for this and all of our previous experiences with them!

Pancho and his crew did an exceptional job including thorough clean-up each day. Front yard gardens are beautiful. The crew spent 3 days removing all the old dead landscaping, doing a total re-do with all new plants/shrubs. Also installed French drains in front and back yard. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

FAQ’s

At Results Tree and Landscape Inc., we believe that understanding your property’s water management is the first step to protecting your investment. Over our 30 years of service, we have fielded many questions regarding standing water, erosion control, and custom drainage installations. We have compiled this list to help you make informed decisions about keeping your home dry and your landscape stable.

How do I know if I have a drainage problem?
The most obvious signs are standing water that remains for more than 24 hours after rain, mosquito infestations, or soil erosion (bald spots) in your lawn. More serious indicators include water pooling near your home’s foundation, dampness in your garage, or cracks appearing in your exterior walls due to shifting soil.
What is the difference between a French Drain and a Catch Basin?
A catch basin is a surface drain (a box with a grate) designed to catch rapid runoff from rain and pipe it away. A French drain is a subsurface system (a perforated pipe buried in gravel) designed to collect groundwater or slow-seeping water that saturates your soil. We often use a combination of both to solve complex Texas drainage issues.
Will installing a drainage system ruin my lawn?
We take great care to minimize the impact on your landscape. For most installations, we carefully cut and remove the sod, dig our trenches, install the system, and then place the sod back on top. While there may be temporary lines visible, your grass will typically recover within a few weeks.
Can drainage issues really damage my foundation?
Yes. In our area, the clay soil expands when wet and shrinks when dry. If water pools around your foundation, it causes that soil to swell unevenly, putting immense pressure on your slab. Over time, this leads to shifting, cracking, and costly structural repairs.
Are your tree care professionals certified?
Yes. Results Tree and Landscape Inc. employs experienced arborists and crew members who are trained in the latest safety protocols and arboricultural techniques. We are also fully insured, protecting you and your property during every job.
Do you handle emergency tree removal?
Yes, we provide prompt response services for storm damage and hazardous situations. If a tree has fallen on your home, blocked your driveway, or is threatening your safety, please contact us immediately for assistance.
